Our experienced Architects guide private residential clients through all stages of Design, Planning and Development. We are known for our commitment to a no-surprise approach.

We will request permits, manage the Planning Application process, advise on Building Regulations and provide detailed construction drawings and specifications. We can act as the client's Project Manager and supervise the contract,  the contractors and the site.

HoC Studio's Architects are frequently appointed to act as Project Managers to supervise contractors and conduct regular site visits.

We specialise in construction drawings, Planning Applications and have a detailed knowledge of Building Regulations. We have designed over a hundred homes in the last ten years, from family homes to multi-storey blocks of flats.
